Volume 4 of Pokémon Card Trainers (ポケモンカードトレーナーズ), the official magazine of the Japanese Pokémon Card Game in its early years — 22 issues from May 1999 to March 2003. This issue arrived on 1 December 1999 with two bonus cards, Murkrow and Darkness Energy, each marked as a Trainers Vol. 4 bonus card along the bottom border. Murkrow carries the Neo Genesis set symbol and was never released in English.
Both promo cards are Near Mint (NM). The previous owner sleeved them straight away and returned them to the magazine's paper card pouch, where they remain today.
Condition is assessed and photographed to the best of our ability, though we hold no professional grading credential — the photographs are the definitive record, not our written description. What is shown is precisely what is sent. We don't accept change-of-mind returns, and condition visible in the photographs isn't grounds for one — but if an item arrives damaged, isn't the item pictured, or isn't authentic, we'll refund or replace it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
Details
Every card we list is a single copy. It is photographed front and back before it goes on sale, and those photographs are the description — the grade in the title is our shorthand, not a substitute for looking. Cards are kept sleeved and rigid-protected from the moment they reach us.
Shipping & Returns
Cards post from Perth, Western Australia — every card sleeved and in a toploader, packed to survive the sorting machine. Every parcel is tracked and insured for the full value of the order; there is no untracked option at any price. Every card is photographed front and back before listing, and those photographs are the description — so we don't take change-of-mind returns. If a card arrives damaged or isn't the card pictured, write to resolutions@mementotradingco.com.au within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it in full, return postage covered. Authenticity is guaranteed with no time limit at all. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
